in my opinion & experience, some caseworkers are very nice & do their job to reflect upon the agency what their
set purpose is... Others are very overbearing & feel that they are right no matter what to do whatever they want--
including lying to get their way, or to enter the house without any adult there when a child over the age of 12 is home alone
for 1/2 hr before parents get home.
